1. How long has ZalGuya Occasions LLC been in business?

ZalGuya Occasions LLC has been in operation since March 2008. We are a new event planning company in this booming industry; however our Occasions Coordinators are complete professionals. We guarantee our Occasions Coordinators will provide their expertise and complete detail when planning your Occasion.

2. Why is there a consultation fee? What is the fee?

ZalGuya Occasions Coordinators have many ideas, information and creative designs that are beneficial to each client’s occasion. Our Occasions Consultation provides clients with full details about their event. Consultations are $150 for 2 hours. For any consultations exceeding 2 hours, clients will be charged $50 per half hour. Although consultation fees are non-refundable, clients will be able to apply their consultation fee towards their total balance if services are provided.

3. How much will it cost to hire a ZalGuya Occasions Coordinator?

All packages and services are designed with each client in mind. There are three styles of packages for Social Occasions: Occasions for a Purpose, Occasions Events & Celebrations Events. The Occasions Packages are designed specifically for clients who are expecting over 100 guests. Our Celebrations Packages are for clients who will have fewer than 100 guests. Pricing, ultimately, depends on the client’s occasion and their needs. However, an Occasions Coordinator would be happy to discuss all of our options directly with you. 4. What is an Occasions for a Purpose? Will it cost extra to add that package to my occasion?

An Occasion for a Purpose is ZalGuya Occasions’ way in staying active throughout the community and getting our clients involved as well! Generally people want to make a difference, but either do not know how or where to begin nor do they have the time. Our Occasions for a Purpose Package allows our clients and guests to make an impact in someone else’s life, with little or no effort and for NO EXTRA CHARGE!!
