Occasion Packages Includes:

Occasion Planning for: Cocktail Occasions, Birthday Occasions, Reception Occasions, and Anniversary (Reception Style) Occasions, Reunions

Complete Visions Package:

Budget assistance, contract management, venue location, caterer selection assistance, entertainment selection assistance, assist with managing guest list, occasion decorating, occasion gifts, set up/break down, and Occasions hosting.  This package allows unlimited email/telephone access from your Occasion Coordinator from contract signing until the day after your occasion, accompanying client to/from vendor meetings (including tastings, samplings, etc.)  Mileage incurred outside of 25 miles is additional. 

Essential Package:

On-Site Hosting, Occasions Decorations, Setup/Break down.  This package is tailored to those who know all the details of their occasion and secured venues and vendors but requires implementation and completion of their planning.  This package allows access to your occasions coordinator during the planning/contracting phase and the week of your occasion.  Any outside meetings other than the initial vendor site visit will accrue additional fees.  

Build-A-Vision Package:

These services are your choice and are on a per hour basis: Occasion decorating, Occasion gifts, Guest list management, Entertainment assistance, Setup/break down, Contract management, Venue locating, Occasions hosting. 

 Service prices do NOT include any outside vendors or rental fees.
